As you are aware I had to cancel the below meeting, due to the venue double booking the room, I was advised we could not have the room, I hope to organise another meeting over the next few months. Pete
The next meeting will take place on Thursday 15.01.2009, at The Waldorf Pub in Central Manchester, start time will be 19.30 Hrs.
Confirmed guests so far are Jamie Craig from Englandfans and Clare Last from Thompson Sport.
I am also waiting to hear from a couple of other guests, that they are able to attend.
If you have any questions please send they to me via the loop, or via a PM on the Englandfans website. You will of course still be able to ask questions on the evening.
If anyone still has any Belarusian Roubles please bring them along as I am still collecting them.
Pete

Travel to World Cup venues
No doubt you have all now seen the draw for the World Cup fixtures. Some of you may already know Paul Wilson and used his services before. He has now set up his own company supplying travel packages for football supporters including Englandfans.
The package below is what he is putting on from London, but after speaking to him this afternoon, if there is a demand from the NW, he is willing to do the same package from Manchester.
Obviously he needs to know the demand before he can start pricing an aircraft, so he is unable at yet to give exact prices. As soon as he details of prices he will let me know and I will pass the details on through the loop and the NW blog.
Will keep you all informed as and when
Anne-Marie
Fans Go is an independent travel company registered in England (Number 6444007) which has been formed to specialise in travel arrangements for supporters following the England team. The company is owned and operated by englandfans+ members who have clocked up many years, miles and continents for the sake of their obsession.
Fans Go trips offer flights, accommodation, airport transfers and match transfers and excursions where suitable. We aim to make the most of the time available in order to ensure that we can pack it all into our annual leave and still have time for you to enjoy a drink or two along the way.
We are currently in the process of applying for our ATOL (Air Traffic Organisers’ License) and membership of the TTA (Travel Trust Association). This allows us to operate your holiday and means that you have complete and comprehensive financial protection and security allowing you to book with confidence and peace of mind.
With the announcement of the World Cup Qualifying dates this afternoon we are now preparing our packages for the upcoming campaign.
We intend to run two trips in 2008. The first in September will take us first to Barcelona and then directly to Croatia before returning to the UK. This tour will depart on Friday 5th September 2008 and return on Thursday 11th September 2008.
We will also run a either a 2 or 3 night trip to Belarus in October.
To register your interest and to ensure that you are kept up to date with arrangements please call and register your interest on 0871 384 1008.
